What to expect
Your first freeze, minute by minute.
Safe, physician-supervised, and over in three minutes. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you walk in — and why a course of 5–10 sessions is where results start.

The visit
Four steps, no surprises
Step 1
Assessment
We ask about your current and past health, take your blood pressure, and you sign a consent form.
Step 2
Gear up
Knee-high dry socks, non-slip slippers, gloves, shorts or cotton underwear, a face mask and ear protection — all provided. Remove uncovered jewelry.
Step 3
The chamber
Briefed by the operator, you enter for 1–3 minutes. Choose your music. The door is never locked.
Step 4
Skin check
Immediately after, the operator checks your skin temperature. Change, and go — no shower needed.
The program
Five to ten sessions, close together.
A typical whole body cryotherapy program is 5–10 treatments in close succession, separated by 1–2 days — for example three times a week — to maximize results. After that, fewer sessions spaced further apart maintain and improve them.
Which is exactly why most people join: the Wellness membership covers twelve sessions a month, so a course of ten works out far cheaper than buying them one at a time.
First-timers
Scared, skeptical — then hooked
“The first 30 seconds is a bit of a shock but after that, it’s super easy. I danced to Taylor Swift the whole time. When I walked out I felt like superwoman.”
Heather J.
First-time client
“Wow! What an experience with an enclosed cryo chamber! The staff was excellent and the facility was very clean.”
