What Neil does

The method, not the menu

Twenty-five years in, the pattern is consistent: people don’t fail at nutrition because they lacked a plan.

Designs the nutrition protocol behind every program

  2. 02

  3. 03

Builds around your schedule, travel and household

  4. 04

Owns client outcomes and knows when to escalate

  5. 05

Coaches through the moments between appointments

  6. 06

In his words

“I don’t hand out meal plans.”

A meal plan is somebody else’s decisions, written down. It works right up until life happens — a late meeting, a holiday, a bad week — and then there is nothing underneath it.

What lasts is understanding why you reach for what you reach for. Once that shifts, the food follows on its own, and it keeps following when nobody is watching.

That is slower than a plan for the first fortnight, and considerably faster than a plan over a year.
