Why temperature matters
If you can see the person inside, it isn’t cold enough.
Efficacy in whole body cryotherapy is set by temperature, not time. Most walk-in chambers run on freon at −110°F to −166°F. Ours circulate liquid nitrogen through heat exchangers to −240°F, cooling room air — you never touch the gas.
Below −220°F we see a dramatic increase in anti-inflammatory response. Clients with rheumatoid arthritis who saw nothing in electric chambers have gone symptom-free with normal blood markers using ours.
The fog test: room air carries moisture that freezes into fog at true cryogenic temperatures. The foggier the chamber, the colder it is.
